The Sheriff Snowman

Frosty The Sheriff
After a very long summer of campaigning activities, my brother was elected Sheriff for our county in November.  I thought I would make one of my Cowboy Snowmen into a Sheriff for his Christmas gift.  I think it turned out pretty cute!

Western Door

The Cowboy
We have been doing several doors lately, they are wonderful in an entry way to hang hats, coats and catch it all.  This one is a tribute to The Cowboy.  We used old rusty saddle horns for the hangers.  I also made tile coasters of a bronc rider embossed in brown.  Even the snowman is a cowboy.   Hope you enjoy this tribute to The Cowboy.  It is kind of out of the norm from my normal lace and frills, but I do have Cowboys in my life and couldn't live without them and they are great enough to put up with all my frills and lace.

Playing Catchup

I have been sooooo busy lately and I have been a terrible slacker on blog posts.  I am on my hands and knees begging forgiveness to my followers and the ones that check in on it on a regular basis.  I was shocked to see that people were actually still looking at my blog, even though I have not made a post since October.  (I am hiding my head in shame)

I have been going to several craft shows trying to get out there to make contacts and meeting lots of new customers and friends.   Yesterday, I participated in my last craft show of the year.  Sad they are over, but ready for a reprieve and concentrate on the upcoming New Year and and getting ready to celebrate Christmas with my family. Today I thought I would sit down and share a few photos of some to the things that I have been doing.

I have been making Ruffle Angel wings and Little Elf Shoes. I must admit that I have become some addicted to making the elf shoes they are so much fun.

I made these last year but have been making more of the Grubby Reindeer Ornies and this year I decided to try the coasters in silver this year instead of the gold.  I really like the way the silver turned out.

I have inventory at The Mix in Ada, Oklahoma and I have recently swapped spaces and this is some of the photos taken of my new space.

I participated in Pink Friday in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.  Miranda Lambert held her grand opening of The Pink Pistol on Black Friday and she declared it Pink Friday in Tishomingo.  You know how I loooovvvvveeee Pink!!!  I had a booth rented in Creative Country for this event.  Found out 2 days before the event.  So needless to say I was doing some CRACK-A-LACKIN to get this pulled off.  Made it and all went well and I made lots of new contacts and enjoyed meeting many new friends.

In a nutshell this is what I have been doing over the last few months.   Thanks for staying with me during my blogging absence.
